Relationships SWOT Analysis – Sep 26

swotIn the business world if you want to improve your company you do a SWOT analysis. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats. On a sheet of paper you draw two perpendicular lines making four equal sections. In one section you and your team list strengths of the company, in another section you list weaknesses, etc. This gives a quick overview of how and where to improve.

What if we each did a SWOT analysis in our homes and relationships? Would it give us an idea of what strengths to affirm, what weaknesses to change, what opportunities to seize and what threats to guard against?

That’s what we’ll do this Sabbath as Pastor Dan & his wife Lois lead us on a study of Ephesians 5:15-21, a Biblical template of a Relationships SWOT analysis. And this inspired Bible passage tells us how to get the power to make the changes we need after the analysis! Join us this Sabbath at Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church (9am & 11:30am) and feel free to invite friends. This is part of our series “With Jesus in the Family, Happy, Happy Home.”
